Brand Leaflet Design

This was for a University project and this module was to simulate a design studio practice and to give me confidence and a further understanding when negotiating with clients. It encouraged me to extend the content of my portfolio by engaging with client briefs. This also helped me with cost and planning for required deliverables. I was tasked to seek an appropriate freelance project to undertake for this unit from the University jobs board.
The project I chose was for a buisness called AURA QUE. They are a fair trade fashion business who uses local materials wherever possible to promote traditional skills and processes. They tasked me to create a brand leaflet showcasing their processes and products to be sent out with their orders.
Through elements of my design, I have tried to represent the feeling of the business. I have used a texture for the background to represent their hands on and ethical approach and also designed icons with a sketch look to represent their crafty and homemade personality.
