Bernardos Ireland
Prodigy Learning’s National Championship for Adobe Certified Professionals 2022! For the design challenge, we were given a real-world career scenario for which I had to create a project using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. We were to envision that we work for a design firm. Our client, Barnardos Ireland, asked that I create a design piece that can be used in print advertising, digital media and on social channels that briefly but creatively encourages companies to consider Barnardos as their charity partner of choice – a corporate partnership information piece.
I was lucky enough to be selected through the university to attend and participate in the UK & Ireland Championship Final for Adobe Certified Professionals. Me and other designers from other institutions were challenged to create a design based on a real life design brief for the charity Barnardos, the 2022 charity partner of championship. The final product was to be energetic, engaging, interesting and simple/easy to read and access.
I was extremely happy to have placed in the top 3 in this championship out of all the creative designers selected nationwide.
